Here are some new pictures!
In Woodland Area 2, Lobelia cardinalis is trying to attract hummingbirds.
Origanum vulgare is growing in a particularly weedy area of the yard.
In the Main Garden, Platycodon grandiflora has been blooming for a few days now.
Near the house, Coreopsis rosea is in full bloom.
Echinops ritro is blooming on the side of the house, also.
Way in the back of the yard, is the future site of the new prairie garden!
In the Acid Area, Hieracium venosum has been blooming for a few weeks.
In the Vine Area, Lablab purpurascens just started blooming today.
And finally, a recent picture of the bog! Many of the plants are coming back from their roots, including Coptis trifolia, Trientalis borealis, Viola macloskeyi and Linnaea borealis. It is definitely looking greener... I hope it will be able to sustain itself that way, without too much help, next year!
